ABR would like to you to meet Josh Krause, the ABR Everett Manager, and share with you some information about him and the team. Josh has been with ABR for twenty years. He started with ABR at the early age of 14 working after-school and on weekends under the direction and watchful eye of his parents, Mike and Linda, who both work at our ABR Mt. Vernon location. Josh honed his knowledge and skills in the roofing and building industry early and understands each role within our company.
One of Everett team’s strengths is to be operational-minded. The Everett team has a knowledgeable team who are committed to having materials available and being able to get loads out with very little turnaround and done accurately.
Some of his competitors operate their company from a sales mentality. Josh and the team are logistically savvy and believe it’s the Everett stores “calling card” that has made his team successful in this market.
Experience in the roofing industry is paramount to helping the customers of ABR. Unlike the big box home improvement a store, two of ABR Everett’s “inside team” are former roofers with over twenty years each of first-hand experience roofing commercially and/or residentially. The sales team has a tremendous amount of roofing knowledge and construction experience. Because of their roofing application experience, they really understand and cater to the needs of our customers.
In regards to our “outside team” of Warehouseman, Loaders and Commercial Drivers Many of our drivers and loaders were roofers themselves too and they have an understanding of how a roof it to be loaded safely, properly and effectively. Josh works to hire employees with firsthand roofing experience.
Most of the ABR Everett employees have been with ABR about seven years on average. Our newest employee was hired 4 years so the team is experienced at loading and delivering materials to the home or job-site.
